Tristream Energy is a midstream operating company that provides gas gathering and processing services to producers from its facilities in East Texas. Tristream processes, treats and sells natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensate and sulfur. The company also has special technical expertise in handling gas streams with impurities like carbon dioxide, nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide.

Tristream has a comprehensive and integrated system of midstream assets that provide the following core services: Compression, Gathering and Transmission, Processing, Sulfur Recovery, Processing, Treating, Condensate Stabilization, Marketing, Product Storage, and Transportation.

Currently the company operates in East Texas in Henderson, Van Zandt, Rains, Wood, Hopkins, and Franklin counties.  Sweat Equity Partners participated in a preferred equity financing along with Haddington Ventures and SKM Partnership Ltd in July 2014.
