Sweat Equity Partners purchased the unique assets used in this business from a publicly-traded company, and SEPLP hired an experienced  management team.  SEPLP is the lead investor in Sweat Energy Services, LLC.

SEPLP sold its majority interest to Ara Partners in July 2020. The business was re-named Path Environmental Technology, LLC, and SEPLP remains a major shareholder.
